What can be returned?
All boxes are returnable. The boxes have to be unused and in their original condition.
All other products are not returnable.

Who can return a product?
Products can only be returned by clients with an upcoming move scheduled with our company.

When & Where do items need to be returned?
Boxes may be returned for credit/refund on the day of the move only.
The foreman will accept returns of unused boxes and the funds will be credited through same payment method used during initial purchase transaction. |
What client must have when returning an items?
An original receipt of your purchased boxes has to be present when returning an item.

Credit for returns
We will issue full refund for all unused boxes. Credit may take up to 14 days to be processed and/or reflect in your account.
Refunds will be processed through same payment method used during initial purchase transaction.

Return fees
A restocking fee of $20 will be applied to all returns.
